Most of our products are digital or print-on-demand. For this reason we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges. If you are not fully satisfied within 60 days of your purchase, please contact jam (jam AT jammyness DOT com) and they will coordinate with you for a refund or replacement, as appropriate.
Shipping
Shipping for physical items is from a distributed network of suppliers, primarily based in the US. Depending on your location, it may be possible that it will take longer than six weeks to reach you. I regret that this is out of our control, but once the standard shipment window has elapsed, jam will offer you a refund or replacement for lost items. Shipping is available to most global locations.
Replacements
Due to the nature of limited production runs, limited-drop items may not be able to be replaced, but refunds can be offered if it arrives damaged or defective in any way.
